Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Madpax bag! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned merchandise should be in original packaging, unused, uncompromised, in resalable condition, and have the original retail tags attached.  This policy is for products purchased directly from Madpax.  We are unable to process returns, exchanges or credits for items purchased from our authorized retailers.  Please contact them directly.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.  Refunds will be made for the product amount only - shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing may take up to 5 business days after receipt, and once processed, refunds can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for your bank to fully process.

To exchange a product, or return an item for refund, please contact us and we will provide return authorization instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
