No, our website only supports orders within the continental United States. If you need product shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or a different country, please send your request to orders@madpax.com. An individual shipping quote will be provided, which will include duties where applicable. Your credit card information will be gathered at the time you elect to proceed.
What are the sizes of the packs that you offer?

What material are the "Spike" packs made of?
Spike is currently offered in leather like fabric made of Poly Urethane. This material delivers durable and vibrant colors that are easily cleaned. While durable, this material has a top coating for color; if dragged or abused the color may wear or scratch. This is considered normal wear and tear and not be covered under our warranty. The interiors are lined with polyester/nylon. All zippers are smooth functioning nylon.

Bubble is currently offered in a polyester/spandex fabric. This material delivers durable and vibrant colors that are easily cleaned. The interiors are lined with polyester/nylon. All zippers are smooth functioning nylon.
How do I clean my MadPax?
We recommend you clean your pack with a damp cloth and mild soap as necessary. Machine washing, detergents or bleach are not recommended. Line dry.
I prefer to purchase a pack in person. Where can I go to do this?
We have several authorized dealers and the list is growing daily. Simply send a note to admin@madpax.com including your zip code and we will direct you to the closest retailer.
My pack has a defect, what do I do?
While failures occur we stand behind our products and our customer service. If the defect is not related to normal wear and tear feel free to return the pack to our warranty service center. Include a note explaining the defect with your pack. We will repair or replace any pack that has a defect not related to normal wear and tear.

Can I return the defective pack where I bought it?
Check with the store to confirm their return policy, if you are not satisfied; please do not hesitate in sending the defective pack to our attention.
How do I ship my defective pack?
You can choose any method, however we recommend you insure your package and use a carrier that offers a tracking number. It is up to you to send us your pack; we will repair or replace your pack and return it to you. We do not charge any shipping or handling fees for its return trip.
What does the Warranty cover?
MadPax covers defects in parts or workmanship. Things not covered are normal wear and tear (abrasion or scratches), accidents (caught on a fence) or alterations or repairs done by someone other than MadPax.
Will you repair or replace the pack?
Repair is always our first option, however after accessing the condition we may decide to replace it.
